Batra Leathers is committed to the tradition of fine hand-craftsmanship of superior artisanal manufacturing processes and quality control. We guarantee all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship. While our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product damage that may result from mishandling, we do offer a high-quality repair service for a reasonable fee, assuming the item is repairable and that the materials from which it was made are still available. Our guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damage, such as product or content loss.

Each product is carefully handcrafted by our master craftsmen. Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, you will have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

​If the product sent to you is defective, we request you to inform us with images as a proof within 24 hours of receiving the product. Since we do not have a reverse shipping, you would have to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the defective product and quality check is done, we will ship you another product immediately or we can refund the amount you paid while placing order.

We should receive the product shipping details within 72 hours of our communication regarding the issue. Shipping charges will be extra in case of returns.
